Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Q: My report is showing no data

A: Check that your date range includes data and that all filters are set correctly. Ensure that the data exists in the system for the selected criteria.

Q: Report generation is taking too long

A: Large reports with extensive date ranges may take time to generate. Try reducing the date range or adding more specific filters to limit the data set.

Q: Exported report formatting looks different

A: Different export formats have different capabilities. PDF maintains visual formatting best, while Excel allows for data manipulation.

Q: Scheduled reports are not being delivered

A: Check your email settings and spam folder. Verify that the scheduled report is still active and that email addresses are correct.

Q: Numbers in my report don't match my expectations

A: Verify the report criteria and date ranges. Check that all relevant data has been entered into the system. Review the report definition to understand what data is included.
