The Reports & Analytics module provides comprehensive insights into your real estate business performance. Generate detailed reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to grow your business.
Click on "Customize Dashboard" button in the top right corner.
Choose widgets to add from the widget library based on your needs.
Drag and drop widgets to arrange your preferred layout.
Set up widget-specific settings and filters for each component.
Save your custom dashboard layout for future use.
Access the Reports section from the main navigation menu.
Choose the specific type of report you want to generate.
Define the time period for your report data.
Add filters for client, property type, agent, or other criteria.
Click "Generate Report" to create and display the report.
Navigate to Reports > Custom Reports in the main menu.
Click "Create New Custom Report" to begin.
Choose data sources like contacts, deals, or activities.
Select which fields to include in your report.
Configure filters, grouping, and sorting options.
Save your custom report template for future use.
Set up automated reports to be generated and delivered to your email on a regular schedule. This ensures you always have the latest data without manual effort.
First, generate the report you want to schedule.
Click the "Schedule Report" button in the report viewer.
Choose delivery frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
Set the specific delivery day and time for report generation.
Enter email addresses for report recipients.
Select report format (PDF, Excel, CSV) and add custom message.
First, generate the report you want to export.
Click the "Export" button in the report viewer.
Choose your desired export format from the dropdown.
Set export options like including charts, formatting, etc.
Click "Download" to save the file to your computer.
Navigate to Reports > KPI Dashboard in the main menu.
Click "Set Goals" for each KPI you want to track.
Enter target values for different time periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Choose how to track progress and set up alerts for goal achievement.
A: Check that your date range includes data and that all filters are set correctly. Ensure that the data exists in the system for the selected criteria.
A: Large reports with extensive date ranges may take time to generate. Try reducing the date range or adding more specific filters to limit the data set.
A: Different export formats have different capabilities. PDF maintains visual formatting best, while Excel allows for data manipulation.
A: Check your email settings and spam folder. Verify that the scheduled report is still active and that email addresses are correct.
A: Verify the report criteria and date ranges. Check that all relevant data has been entered into the system. Review the report definition to understand what data is included.
