preparing listing materials, or managing deal milestones, the task system ensures nothing falls through
the cracks.

Quick Task Creation
Create New Task
Click New Task or use the quick add
feature in the top navigation.
Enter Task Details

- Task title (clear, actionable description)

- Associated contact or deal (optional)
Add Task Description
Include detailed notes, instructions, or context for the task.
Set Reminders

Save and Track
