The Calendar module in Agent Teammate CRM serves as your central scheduling hub, integrating appointments, tasks, and important dates into a unified view. This powerful tool helps real estate professionals manage their time effectively and never miss important deadlines.
Calendar Views
The calendar offers multiple viewing options to suit your workflow:
- Month View: See your entire month at a glance
- Week View: Detailed weekly schedule with time slots
- Day View: Hour-by-hour breakdown of your daily schedule
- Agenda View: List format of upcoming events and tasks

Creating Appointments
Quick Appointment Creation
Click Create Button
Use the Create button to start scheduling a new appointment.
Select Appointment Type
Choose from common appointment types:
- Client Meeting: General client consultation
- Property Showing: Home tour or viewing
- Listing Appointment: Property evaluation and listing consultation
- Closing: Final transaction meeting
- Phone Call: Scheduled phone conversation
Enter Appointment Details
Fill in the appointment information:
- Appointment title and description
- Date and time
- Duration (automatically calculates end time)
- Location or property address
- Associated contact(s)
Set Reminders
Configure reminder notifications to ensure you never miss an appointment.
Save Appointment
Save the appointment to add it to your calendar and send notifications if configured.

Task Management
Creating and Managing Tasks
Tasks appear on your calendar alongside appointments, helping you manage both scheduled events and to-do items:
Add New Task
Click Add Task from the calendar or create dropdown.
Define Task Details
Enter task information:
- Task title and description
- Due date and priority level
- Associated contact or deal
- Estimated time to complete
- Task category or type
Set Task Priority

Setting Up Calendar Sync
